Mike The Situation Sorrentino Released From Prison What Is Next For Jersey Store Star?

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has been released from prison after an eight-month stint for tax evasion.

Thursday morning the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star walked out of the Federal Correctional Facility in Otisville, New York into the waiting arms of his lovely wife, Lauren.

The 37-year-old was dressed casually in a gray T-shirt, blue velvet joggers, and crisp white sneakers. His lady love was equally as casual in a black tank top, jean jacket and baby blue workout pants.

Reporters were ready and waiting for The Situation to leave prison. The reality TV star walked out to a media frenzy full of questions.

One day before her husband’s release, Lauren shared a statement to Us Weekly regarding what was next for the newlyweds.

“We are elated to finally close this chapter of our life. Thank you to our family, friends, and fans for the continuous love and support during this time. It brought us so much peace and comfort. We look forward to continuing our life as husband and wife and working on baby situations! We truly believe that the comeback is ALWAYS greater than the setback and we can’t wait to show the world ours,” she said to the magazine.

TMZ is reporting the happy couple stopped by Mike’s favorite New Jersey pizza spot to pick up quite an order of food. They left with two vodka pies, cheese, and tomato pie, broccoli rabe and sausage pie, chicken fingers, fries, and some fried shrimp.

After his release, Mike used Twitter to let his followers know he is finally free.

“Turn up we free !!! #freesitch,” he Tweeted.

The Situation’s Jersey Shore pals were quick to respond to the good news on social media.
